Can I send drawings, specifications and photos?

What should I include for expansion joint work?
Send the available joint schedule, locations and system designations, plus opening dimensions, movement criteria and field measurements. Include drawings, adjacent finishes, access and phasing requirements, and the best project contact.
What details help with existing sealants or concrete cracks?
Include close-up and wider photos, the surface material, approximate joint or crack dimensions and previous repair information. Note leakage, movement, traffic and access limits. Include a specified repair detail if your project already has one.
Do I need complete plans before contacting PSI?
No. Start with the project location, a description and any photos you have. Explain what is still being developed. Clear information about the condition and timing is more useful than guessing which material is needed.
