OUR SERVICES

Whether you’re a Direct Owner or Contractor, you can trust that we have a track record that shows customer service and satisfaction is our priority!

Waterproofing

Building codes typically will require waterproofing for your foundation if your construction is in an area with a high water table or other risk factors, but you may choose to apply it in other scenarios as well.

Water Repellant

While damp proofing and waterproofing sealants are used in a variety of circumstances, some jobs require an even higher level of protection against water damage. This particular application works by treating concrete with a hydrophobic solution, which not only blocks water from seeping into the concrete, but actively repels it.

Damproofing

The purpose of damp proofing is to prevent the slow seep of moisture into your construction from the outside soil. Damproofing or damp proofing is a method in which an insular material is applied to concrete or brickwork foundation walls that retain soil below the grade of the surrounding soil.

Joint Sealants

By sealing joints, we are able to prevent water from seeping into open joints in concrete construction, and ensure long term protection against groundwater. A variety of methods may be used, including hot or cold sealants along with a backer rod to control the flow of sealant. We have a variety of materials that can be used depending on the job.

Security Sealants

Security sealant treatment is specifically designed to protect against vandalism or tampering. This sealant type has a higher grade of hardness once it has set, and as the name suggests, it was originally designed for use in a secure location.

Expansion Joints

Expansion joints allow for building materials to adjust over time with fluctuations from thermal energy while keeping the overall construction sound. These joints create new issues however as they can be opportunities for leaks weaker insulation. Expansion joint sealants allow the joints to do their necessary job without these issues.
